1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ClykOps website or platform (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

ClykOps provides an enterprise platform for digital SOP management, workflow orchestration, and compliance tracking.
Access may be through SaaS, private cloud, or on-premise deployment as agreed under a commercial contract.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate registration details and maintain account confidentiality.
• Organizations are responsible for actions taken under their accounts.
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or misuse of the Service is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and documentation are the exclusive property of Zerozilla or its licensors.
Customers retain ownership of their internal data and uploaded materials.

5. Permitted Use

You may use ClykOps solely for lawful business operations and in accordance with your license or subscription agreement.
Automated scraping, reselling, or white-labeling without consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information and use it only for the purposes of performing obligations under their agreement.

7. Data Protection & Security

Zerozilla maintains industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect customer data.

8. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive for continuous uptime but may perform scheduled maintenance or updates.
Zerozilla shall not be liable for interruptions due to force majeure events, infrastructure failure, or third-party outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerozilla is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid under your active subscription during the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

Zerozilla may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
Upon termination, customer data will be retained or deleted per the governing contract and applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
